Avoid Online Scammers on Cyber Monday

Online DVD Retailer Ignores Consumers’ Complaints

BBB has issued an F rating to San Saba-based PB&J Sales, for failing to respond to consumer complaints. The company, which sells television show DVDs, indicated to BBB in September of 2008 that it was no longer in business. FTC - Calling All Telemarketers: Amendments to the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has amended the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) to give consumers a choice about whether they want to receive most telemarketing calls. Consumers soon will be able to put their phone numbers on a national "do not call" registry. It will be illegal for most telemarketers or sellers to call a number listed on the registry.
